Point system

Each referral point you earn is worth €1 in value. Points can only be spent on tickets within the GuestBuddy platform.

Points are valid for exactly 1 year (365 days) from the date they are earned. After this period, unused points will expire and become invalid.

Only registered GuestBuddy users can make referrals. You must have an active account to participate in the referral program.

Each registered user gets their own unique referral link. You can find your link in the 'Refer a Friend' section of the app menu.

You can only refer users who are not already registered with GuestBuddy. Existing users cannot be referred.

Users are not allowed to create multiple accounts and refer themselves. This is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

Referrals must be made through the GuestBuddy app. The referral link is available in the app menu under 'Refer a Friend'.

A referral is only valid when the referred user successfully registers and creates their account through your referral link.

Open the GuestBuddy app and find your personal referral link in the 'Refer a Friend' menu section

Share your referral link with friends who haven't registered with GuestBuddy yet

When your friend registers through your link, you earn points worth €1 each, valid for 365 days. Use points to purchase tickets (where available).

Points expire exactly 365 days after earning them. No extensions are provided.
Creating multiple accounts to refer yourself is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
Only new, unregistered users can be referred. Existing users cannot be referred.
Referral links are only available to registered users through the GuestBuddy app.
GuestBuddy reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
Points can only be spent on tickets and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money or refunds.
Not all tickets may accept points as payment. Availability varies by event and organizer.

By participating in the referral program, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
GuestBuddy reserves the right to investigate and take action against any suspected fraudulent activity.
Referral rewards are subject to availability and may be limited or discontinued without notice.
This program is void where prohibited by law. Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms.
