Merch and offers next to your venue in the app—run a product catalog from the portal, or connect Shopify so checkout and fulfillment stay in your store.
Add products with a name, optional category, price, and description. Set an external shop link and the label on the buy button. Show a product, hide it, mark it coming soon, or mark it sold out—without deleting it. Add sizes (including custom sizes), upload several images, choose the primary image, and reorder them. Reorder products to control how they appear in the app; search and filter by active or inactive; edit or delete anytime. This catalog is separate from event tickets. For card payments in the app, venues connect Stripe under Ticket Administration—so tickets and products can sell in the mobile app while the shop catalog stores the link the app opens when someone buys.
Merch next to the venue
Products live in the app shop with photos, sizes, price, and a buy button—beside your venue, not buried in another storefront.
Connect Shopify
Link your Shopify store to sell merch in the GuestBuddy app. Products, checkout, and orders stay powered by Shopify.
Coming soon & sold out
Mark a product coming soon or sold out without deleting it—so the catalog stays intact while stock or launches change.
Portal order = app order
Reorder products in the portal and guests see the same order in the app.
Guests browse merch next to your venue in the app: photos, sizes, and a clear buy button in the same order you set in the portal. Prefer Shopify? Connect your Shopify store so you sell merch directly in the GuestBuddy app while products, checkout, and order fulfillment stay powered by Shopify. See the full integrations story on the Integrations page.

Find products fast and filter by active or inactive while you manage the catalog.
Separate from tickets
The shop catalog is for merch and offers—not event tickets. Tickets stay on the event; shop lives beside the venue in the app.

Yes. You can show a product, hide it, mark it coming soon, or mark it sold out—without deleting it—so you keep the listing ready for the next restock or launch.
No. Event tickets are sold on the event. The shop is for merch and offers next to the venue in the app. The order of products in the portal is the order guests see.
Venues turn on card payments for the app under Ticket Administration by connecting a Stripe account. That setup is what enables selling tickets and products in the mobile app. The shop catalog itself stores the link the app opens when someone buys; with Shopify connected, checkout stays on Shopify.
