Audiences and campaigns in the portal

See active and scheduled SMS, email, and push-notification campaigns, upcoming sends on a calendar, and recent campaigns. Build saved audiences with include and exclude rules—who they are, what they do, and what they spend—then preview how many guests match before you save. Open a segment later for purchase behaviour, age and gender, location, filters, and the people in it. Create a campaign with one or more flows; each flow has an audience and a sequence of actions. Pick a saved segment or paste emails and phones by hand. Send email, SMS, or a push notification in the app; keep an action as a draft or schedule it; see estimated cost for emails, SMS segments, and push notifications before sending. Build emails from blocks—including live events and tickets—save templates, and preview on desktop and mobile. Write SMS and see segment count; build a push notification with heading, message, button, image, and lock-screen preview.

Audiences from real events

Segment on visits, spend, club cards, genres, permanent lists, and more—built from nights you already ran.

Email, SMS & push notifications

One campaign can mix channels. Each action has its own audience and schedule—draft or send at a set time.

Live events in the email

Email blocks pull in your actual events and tickets—not just a static image of the next date.

Cost before you send

What guests see in the app

Push notifications land on their phone. On products that include them, ads appear on the public home screen, news posts in the feed, and popups when someone opens the app—so you reach people browsing, not only those already on a list.

Overview & calendar

See how many campaigns use each channel, which are active or scheduled, and upcoming sends on a calendar.

Rules you can preview

Include and exclude rules, then preview how many guests match before you save the segment.

Ads on the home screen

Place a wide image ad with a link, limit who sees it by city, age, or club card, set order, and track clicks.

News in the feed

Publish news posts with title, body, and optional image so guests see updates without a campaign send.

Popups on open

Show a popup when someone opens the app—title, description, image, and up to two button links. Turn it off without deleting it.

Frequently asked questions

How are marketing audiences built?

You create a saved segment with a name and description, then add rules to include or exclude people. Rules can use who they are (city, country, gender, age), what they do (visits, invited events, genres, permanent lists, club cards, table bookings), and what they spend (tickets, totals, last spend). Preview how many guests match before you save, then reuse the segment on campaigns.

Can one campaign mix email, SMS, and push notifications?

Yes. A campaign has one or more flows. Each flow has an audience and a sequence of actions. You can send email, SMS, or a push notification in the app, keep an action as a draft, or schedule it for a date and time—so channels can run on different schedules in the same campaign.

What can I put in a marketing email?

Build the email from blocks: text, image, button, divider, split, header, spacer, social links, and blocks that pull in your venue’s events and tickets. Save the design as a template, reuse it, and preview on desktop and mobile.

Can I see the cost before I send?

Yes. Before sending you see an estimated cost for emails, SMS segments, and push notifications. You can also write an SMS and see how many SMS segments the message will use.

What are ads, news, and popups?

On products that include them, ads appear on the public home screen in the app (image, link, targeting, order, clicks). News posts appear in the app’s news feed. Popups appear when someone opens the app, with up to two buttons and links. They reach people browsing the app, separate from people already on a campaign list.
